"Hi, I'll be your virtual tour guide today." Tahoe Comstock audio tour will take us up Highway I-80 to the town of Truckee and then up to Lake Tahoe's North Shore on the California side. We'll continue around the North shore around to the East shore on the Nevada side of the lake and continue down to the South end of the Lake. From there we'll go over Kingsbury grade and down into Carson Valley, through the town of Genoa, and on to Carson City. From there, we'll follow the old Pony Express route up into the famous Comstock area and into Virginia City. After spending some time looking around Virginia City, you'll head back to Reno and to your hotel. The tour will take anywhere from 5 to 10 hours, depending on the stops you make along the way and how long you stay there. I'll also suggest a few alternatives and side trips you may be interested in taking. This tour is broken down into 8 segments so you can proceed at your own pace and pick up where you left off.. For a limited time a complimentary CD of photos of the Tahoe area are included with every audio tour purchased.

With out narrated CD tourists may stay to see each area attraction as long as they like. Swim in the clear waters of Lake Tahoe, eat a leisurely lunch at the restaurant of your choice, gamble at the casino of your choice, shop where you want to shop, and you may skip the attractions that don't interest you. If you'd like to spend the day skiing after arriving in Tahoe, you may resume your tour the following day. For the same fee as our shipping price, we will deliver your CD to your hotel.
